What are the front desk hours?
Our front desk is open from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
We offer late check-out for ¥1,650 per hour, up to a maximum of 1:00 PM.

Is parking available?
We do not have an on-site parking lot. If you are arriving by car, please use the nearby coin-operated parking facilities.
Are there non-smoking rooms?
All guest rooms, shared spaces within the hotel, and the surrounding area are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in the two designated outdoor smoking areas. If evidence of smoking is found in a guest room, a special cleaning fee of ¥50,000 will be charged.
Is there a microwave?
A microwave is available in the shared kitchen space located at the back of the lobby on the first floor. The shared kitchen space is accessible to all guests from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Are there vending machines for drinks or cigarettes?
There are no vending machines on the premises.
Is there a laundry facility?
A laundry room with washers and dryers is available on the second floor. The laundry machines cost ¥300 per use, and the dryers are ¥100 per 30 minutes. The facility is available 24 hours a day.

Can I leave my luggage?
We offer free luggage storage before and after check-in.
Before check-in: From 8:00 AM on the day of arrival
After check-in: Until 10:00 PM on the day of departure
Can I send my luggage?
If you are considering sending luggage, please contact us in advance for arrangements. We accept luggage for storage starting 3 days before your stay, whether delivered in person or sent by mail. We may not be able to accept luggage if the reservation under the sender’s name cannot be confirmed, or if it includes perishable items.
What items are available for loan?
We offer hair irons (both curling and straightening), chargers, humidifiers, clothing irons, blankets, and other items at the front desk.

Can non-staying guests use the café?
Yes, it is open to everyone. From 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM, the café and bar serve pizza, craft beers, and more.
Can I have breakfast there?
Breakfast is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Even if you have not booked a breakfast-inclusive plan, you can make a breakfast reservation at check-in.
